POWER SCREENING

Power Screening session is aimed at Corporation’s Front Line Leaders to help with the strategic objective of acquiring talent and growing the team. Front line leaders will learn how to efficiently power screen a job applicant in 15 minutes.

SPEED INTERVIEWS

The goal of speed interviews is to save everyone’s time, and interview as many people as possible, as quickly as possible. It also gives employers a chance to see how the candidates respond to pressure and competition

Giving Back

Keeping with the theme of always giving back and doing good for our community, the interviewers will be trained during the Power Screening Training to provide constructive feedback to the job seekers, on their resume, interview skills or anything that, they personally feel, may assist the job seeker to better their job search / interview skills.
